Wow it has been a busy one recently. We have been meeting new clients, redesigning our website, training, lots and lots of marketing and finally thinking of ways to make things easier for our clients.
So as I have mentioned, our website has undergone a redesign, a big thanks to Realflame Digital for all your help. We wanted to make things link through easier, have a better layout and help with better navigation. Not only that, but we have also added a client area so viewing and sharing your beloved images is so much easier for you. After your photoshoot all you have to do is simply send your friends and family a link and a password and hey presto, it’s as easy as that. Not stopping there, we have also added a few buying options on the client area too, so if anyone wants to buy single prints of their favourite photos they can.
Among many things, we have tried to keep the aim as “making life simpler” and one of these ideas has been how can we make paying easier. Usually people don’t like to discuss money but we want to, so we can make your experience an easy one. Up until now we only accepted Cash or BACS transfer, but we have decided to purchase ourselves a “PayPal Here” card pin pad, which will allow us to take all major debit and credit cards (including American Express), not only that but we now accept PayPal as well.
Lastly, we have been doing lots of trips out, just between myself and Helen to try new things and brush up on our skills. All in the aim of being able to get the perfect images for you. Here is one of our favourite shots we took of our beloved dog and company mascot Barney.
